IN RACE ONE LUKE STARTED P5 AND WAS ABLE TO GET THE CAR UP TO P2 AND HELD P2 HIS ENTIRE STINT HOLDING OFF SEASONED PRO DRIVERS WITH YEARS MORE EXPERIANCE THEN LUKE. DURING THE MANDATORY PIT STOP AND DRIVER CHANGE TO CO-DRIVER RICHARD ANTINUCCI THE PIT STOP TIMER UNFORTUNATELY WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY AND THE CAR WAS IN THE PIT STOP 8 SECONDS TOO LONG. THIS LED TO A LOSS OF SOME POSITIONS RESULTING IN A P4 FINISH. NONETHELESS IT WAS A GREAT RACE WITH THE NEW TEAM AND NEW CAR PROVIDED BY TAURINO RACING AND D-MOTORSPORTS. LUKE WAS BACK UP FRONT WHERE HE BELONGS!
IN RACE TWO RICHARD STARTED THE RACE IN P4 AND HELD P4 HIS ENTIRE STINT. DURING THE PIT STOP THERE WERE SOME ISSUES IN THE DRIVER CHANGE WHICH LED TO A LONGER PIT STOP THEREBY RESULTING IN A P9 FINISH. NONETHELESS IT WAS A GREAT DRIVE FOR LUKE AND RICHARD WITH SOME CONTINUED LEARNING EXPERIANCES! TAURINO RACING AND D-MOTORSPORTS PROVIDED A GREAT TEAM AND STRONG CAR.
